Drew A. Stauffer was a Henry Rutgers Scholar at Rutgers University’s Rutgers College, from which he graduated cum laude. In 1996, Mr. Stauffer earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania and was admitted to practice law before the State and Federal courts of New Jersey that same year.

With the Firm since 1996, and named a partner in 2006, Mr. Stauffer's practice is diverse and includes the highly technical fields of public finance and project finance, computer law, information technology contracts, corporate transactions and estate planning.
