Paul N. D'Apolito is a Member of the firm and Chairman of the Real Estate Department. Mr. D'Apolito concentrates his practice in transactional law matters, including commercial and residential real estate, commercial buy/sale agreements, construction loans, estate administration, estate litigation, municipal court and juvenile law matters, as well as an extensive general practice background in civil and appellate litigation. Mr. D'Apolito has served as associate counsel to the Borough of Little Silver, the Township of Wall; Public Defender for the Borough of Little Silver; alternate Prosecutor for the Borough of Keyport; and has handled prerogative writ and chancery matters before the Superior Court and Appellate Division in the State of New Jersey.

Mr. D'Apolito has also served as a Member of the Local Government and Young Lawyers Committees of the Monmouth County Bar Association and is a life-long resident of Monmouth County.
