Since Estate Planning has become a very complex and a multi-discipline area, the Firm invites participation and consultation with clients, as well as their professional representatives, including but not limited to, Financial Advisors, Accountants and Insurance Representatives.

The mission statement for our Department goes beyond design and document preparation, to include the administration of Estates and Trusts insofar as Executors and Trustees require the services of a professional attorney and management expertise and advice. Our attorneys can handle Guardianship Petitions for incapacitated members of the family, as well as complex Litigation affecting beneficial interests in Estates and Trusts.

Our Firm also strives to provide important and timely counsel to owners of small family corporations and other business ventures involving areas such as Insurance Planning, Gift Giving strategies, as well as Succession Planning mindful of the complexities that can result from the death of a principal or family member.
