Our Litigation Department is chaired by John F. Gelson, a senior partner whose experience and reputation as a litigator is recognized by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney. Mr. Gelson also serves as a Mediator in cases where the court or the parties need an alternative approach to resolving the issues in dispute. Confident in his ability to achieve equitable settlements for plaintiffs and defendants, Judges of the Superior Court of New Jersey frequently appoint Mr. Gelson as Mediator.
